We continue to discover for you. Our container house on today’s tour is from Costa Rica.
Today we are here again with an incredible shipping container house.
Playa Grande, Guanacaste ….
The design and construction of the house with the mountain, valley and sea view concept was made by Eco Compact Container Homes.!
The container house, which uses 6 x High Cube shipping containers, has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The construction of the project started in May 2019 and finish in Sep 2019.
When we look at the container house, the first details that attract attention are the wide open interior and large open air living spaces. One of the most important details is the infinity pool filled with salt water in front of the house.
On the first floor of the house, 3 x 40 FT containers and 1 x 20 FT containers were used, and 1,120 square foot usage area was obtained on the first floor.
On the second floor of the container house, 2 x 40 FT containers were used. A total of 6 shipping containers, 5 x 40 FT and 1 x 20 FT, were used in the luxury house in Playa Grande in Guanacaste, creating 1760 square feet of interior space.
When this magnificent container house in Costa Rica was completed, it turned into a wonderful home with a total of 2560 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, infinity pool and large terrace.
The house with a unique infinity pool on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean is called ‘Casa Brisbane‘.
This wonderful project that we show you today is located in such a beautiful location that you are almost intertwined with nature.
It is not possible for us not to find tranquility in front of that magnificent view while sitting on the terrace on the second floor of the house.
