Yongin Ever Orange House and Pension from South Korea

Hi everybody ?

We continue to discover for you. Our container pension on today’s tour is from South Korea.

This is a pension built in a residential area near Yongin Everland.

Located between Everland Station and Lightland Parking Lot

Right next to the pension is the Gyeongan Stream, which joins the Han River in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do.

This pension is exposed as a container all over the outside, and all inside is insulated with foam.

Interior.

The first floor is the parking lot and the space where the owner lives

The 2nd floor is decorated with 4 rooms.

Each room has large windows with great views and also has a terrace.

Container-based construction is still an unfamiliar part in Korea.

Therefore, I will dare to talk about container construction.

Construction experience and construction know-how are the most important for high-quality construction.

Because the construction standard of Yongin is difficult, it is designed to endure a very thick floor (more than 25CM in tool length).
