20-foot container high-cube 20 cubic 19, 40-foot 19 π-ville 99 is planned to be S-block (Studio Dong) and A-block (multipurpose building). 

The studio building consists of 17 studio spaces that can be expanded using folding doors and two bathrooms.

The multipurpose building is planned to be a cafe on the first floor, a double-story high auditorium on the second floor, and an open studio on the fourth floor. 

The studio building was constructed in the form of a courtyard space to enable various communication, and the Daegangdang-dong was planned to accommodate various activities and events by planning a highly usable external space and internal expansion space through a 6-meter cantilever.
